Speaker: Dr Ursula King, Professor Emerita of Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Bristol. Followed by a discussion with representatives of various faith traditions. Refreshments afterwards.

Interfaith evening dialogue workshop exploring the concept of conflict resilience and what that means from a Christian and Jewish faith perspective.

Dr Rex Andrews will deliver a lecture on Gandhi related aspects of his new book "God in a Nutshell". Our President, Lord Parekh, will host and Chair the event. There will be Q&A with a multifaith audience.

Scottish Interfaith Week — provides an opportunity for individuals, local inter faith groups and faith communities across the country to plan events that bring local people together to promote dialogue, understanding and co-operation between Scotland’s diverse religious communities.

Increasing awareness of the different and distinct faith communities, in particular celebrating and building on the contribution which their members make to their neighbourhoods and to wider society.
