How is it that a notorious housing estate (‘one of the worst in the UK’) later had a waiting list? Clasford, a life-long resident, has made huge contributions to the transformation, creating a Youth Association, football coaching (producing professional players) & helping to unite residents (the Residents Association had been all-white on a multi-ethnic estate.)
