Manchester Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atomic Bombings 71st Anniversary Peace Commemoration Ceremony.
Assemble in the Old Quadrangle behind the main Whitworth Building (headquarters of the university), off Oxford Road. 10.35am Transfer into Manchester Museum to see the ‘Peace’ exhibit in the Museum, with an opportunity to fold paper cranes and write messages of peace which will be sent to Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
All are very welcome to attend.
