LONDON. The Vigil will celebrate and pay homage to the more than 16,000 British Conscientious Objectors of WW1, and will pay a particular tribute to Tottenham Conscientious Objectors, who numbered more than 100, and to the families and peace networks which supported them. The Vigil will involve silent recollection in the Quaker tradition, interspersed with readings of texts and poems.
All are welcome irrespective of creed. Tea and light refreshments will be offered after the Vigil.
